In the run-up to Christmas, Links Of London wanted to drive in-store footfall at their London, Westfields location and capture email data for promotional marketing.

The User Experience

We deployed a Vendmax™ runnning a custom user journey that entailed an email data capture element followed by a random prize dispense. Gifts included branded tote bags, umbrellas, jelly-beans, jewellery and a top prize of a £500 gift voucher!
